Members of Gibson Design Management have full access to our team of CAD and 3D rendering specialists. Our CAD Services allow interior design firms to outsource any or all of their CAD and rendering needs at a low cost.

How does it work?      
• You either scan your hand-drawings or send us your current CAD files with redline changes that you want to make.
• We provide a flat fee estimate for the work for you to approve.
• Our CAD specialists make the revisions and get them back to you, usually within 2-3 business days (dependent upon size of the project).

In addition to CAD drawings, our CAD and rendering team can also provide 3-D photorealistic renderings to better communicate or sell your vision for a project.

How can I use 3D renderings?
• These renderings can be used to not only sell a project but to upsell; when clients see the whole package put together, they want it all.
• From a marketing and viral perspective, these renderings can be emailed to your client and each rendering can be stamped with your firm’s information. Clients think of these renderings as “eye candy” and cannot wait to forward them on to friends and family. As a result, your information is spreading like wildfire with the renderings of the beautiful design that you are going to produce.
